Do I still get rewards if I was banned from 10/aug - 24/aug ?
It said if you get banned after the 22nd , so Am I good ?[zombie-brand-facepalm]

You should be.
Historically the wording is intended to refer to the issue date of the ban, for you Aug 10.

Players issued a ban of seven days or more from 8/22/2017 are ineligible for this year’s rewards
The way I read it, you were banned for 2 days after 8/22/2017, which is less than 7, so I think you're ok.
