Tribunal System

Never posted on the boards before so I don't know if this is the right spot but I was just wondering what ever happened to the Tribunal System? It was something that I really enjoyed doing back in season 3/4 I had around a 94% correct case ratio and it made me feel good knowing that people were banned or had chat restrictions because of me and that I was cleaning up the game and the community making games a lot more friendly.

If I go there now "Tribunal Down for Maintenance" but it has been down for a very very long time and I haven't heard if they are ever bringing it back with updates or are just going to leave it "down for maintenance" forever. I really hope they can bring it back and let people be in it like they do with the PBE and make sure if they aren't taking it serious " Below a 50% correct ratio " or they themselves get banned for being toxic then they should be kicked out
