I was permabanned for toxicity without ever receiving any form of chat restriction.

I will agree I had a chain of bad games over the past couple of days but I never received chat restriction. Is it if the level of toxicity is higher than normal they skip punishment steps. "Punishments will rapidly escalate for those who don’t reform. Here’s how it works: First offense: 10 game chat restriction Second offense: 25 game chat restriction Third offense: 2 week ban Fourth offense: Permanent ban"-Riot NueroCat I agree I was toxic but i just want to know if i was falsely punished or if this is a actual thing. Just have been playing for while and I think if i were to have gotten chat restriction first I would have stopped this behavior.

Extremely toxic behavior may result in skipping steps. This is usually due to hate speech (such as homophobic slurs) or death threats. Permabans may also be given for consistent and extreme gameplay trolling, compromised accounts, chargebacks etc.

What did your email or in-game reform card say?

That's why. Riot has a zero tolerance policy on hate speech, which includes this word. This part of your chat log isn't great either:

Riot has a zero tolerance policy for hate speech (f----t and the n word) and death threats. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen this happen to someone.

If you used neither, submit a request to support at the top of the page and request a manual review. Honestly, even if you did, I'd recommend contacting them anyway, sometimes these things are overturned.

And we see homophobic ate speech (NEVER TOLERATED!), & verbally harassing other players on your team... I'm not sure if you NEVER had either chat restriction, or a 14 day ban WITHIN 3 months though. But yes this IS punishable chat. And it did get you punished.

Also if you try to login you might find more examples of chat logs that could have resulted in your punishment. Possibly up to 3 games worth of chat logs.
