Sigh

Okay so I posted some Name and shame post last night, not knowing that was against rules. A mod or gm told me to instead report it somewhere on the website or what? No info on that was given. just that i broke a rule and that was it. like seriously how do i do that. I'm getting so sick of tired of this game. I don't know if its because season is over tomorrow and all the people just completely clueless how this game works... trying to get ranked so they can get a dumb icon. like i seriously got placed in b3 5 months ago, first year ever really playing and diving into ranked.. I get to s5. with a few months, now im b4!!!! because EVERY single god forsaken GAME HAS SOME clueless person running their mouths, not knowing that its a team based, objective game. "No it's every man for themselves. everyone sucks but me", like seriously grow up. I would like to know how to more officially report people other than the in-game report. I've been getting obvious trolls, ALL DAYYYYYY. even full clubs of people just trolling. like whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy I loved this game when I started getting into again, finally hit 30 and was so stoked to play ranked.and climb...it's just ruined for me. I've tried everything. I seriously can't play a single game without asking myself, why do i even play this game, its not fun anymore...
