Is it even worth reporting people anymore?

Almost every game I just get toxic people that do stupid things like int or flame and of course I report them all but ofc not any one of them got banned like what is the point of reporting ppl?

There is no way to verify if someone has been punished. The Instant Feedback Report message is inconsistent at best and players can stop playing for any length of time for any reason.

In the case of chat related punishments there are two additional tiers to go through (10 and 25 game chat restrictions) so even if you somehow manage to find someone who has been punished you wouldn't be able to tell since they can keep playing with those punishments.

In short, yes, keep reporting people if you feel they've violated the rules, but don't dwell on it. Riot has tried to design the system in a way that encourages people to move on after they've filed their reports.

Report <> punish. Report = review. If the review finds reason to punish them, it will happen. Report and move on.
