Banning own team

I'm beginning to really get urked with the fact that I can never play who i want to play because my team bans my champ, and then to not have to play with toxic trolls i have to take 10 - 15 mins before i can play again. Frankly it's bullshit. Riot needs a solution to this. It's really not okay that someone would be punished for not wanting to deal with toxicity that is apparent in the Que up for the game. It's not alright and it kills the game, especially when new champions come about, Then you have trolls banning there team for champs and champ reworks that they haven't gotten to try yet. It's extremely aggravating.
