Issue in ban screen

Basically what happened was I went in to a normal draft game and got listed support. I went to pick a ban Morgana as usual for when I play supp and then my client froze for a moment. It got stuck on singed for some reason for like 5 seconds and whenever i tried to click Morgana again it kept going back to singed. I had 10 secs left to ban before it just quick out of the lobby and then I got a dodge ban. Not sure what caused it, just let it slide, it was only a 5 min ban, but a couple games later it happened again, and I got a 15 minute ban this time was a bit different though. I went to select my ban and the the client locked up, locked on singed again and i got sent back to the que screen with 15 minute ban. Does singed just hate me so much he has to torture me out of game or what? [zombie-brand-mindblown]
