Opening top can be done by one person and has no bearing on if his team agreed or not. If they wanted to end the game they could just surrender at 20. Also if the team had agreed then mid would have been opened instead of top.

in League the community has a huge impact on what is reportable and what is not. If everyone would start to report ping spamming with a little note in the text so the bot can find the problem then it will get punished in the future.
If the whole community starts to report the word "brownie" since this could be racist then the bot would start to punish for the "attacking" use of brownie.
The fact that the major part from 30 million active playing people are against your behaviour should open your eyes that you are the problem.

Opening your lane is a harder action to prove and falls under assisting enemy team.
You are getting punished for one. Give it time and you will be punished under both if you continue your behavior.

Pro players know a game can turn south and at that level of play turning south often results in a loss, and both teams know it.However they don't sit there saying ff open lanes all the time until they lose
At our level of play(anything below d3) Opening a lane is pointless as a game can turn around very quickly

Don't ask for that. Intentional Feeding bans take more time to process, but they also start at the 14-day suspension level. That means it's much easier to lose your account.
