what do you people want? do you like the current report system? why do people downvote every post in this forum?

For the most part I like the current report system.
It seems to me that most posts get downvoted because they are mostly just people trying to give excuses for why they shouldn't be punished for their behavior.
There is also a weird dynamic because it is basically 2 groups, forum regulars and punished players. PBM regulars almost exclusively support the current system(to varying degrees though). Many/most of the new threads are posted by punished players. These 2 groups have generally incompatible views on the topic of this board.
more young children than anything and children like to feel like they have power so most of the time either autistic kids or younger kids/teens in general mostly use it while adults use the upvotes every now and then if it is really of interest to do so.
