Hi, I just reported a technical problem I put in report a bug. I don't want to go through the effort to re-write because most people would understand that a technical problem would go in "report a bug" ,but you decided it belonged in this section so I'm posting here about it. It was my last deleted post. Not trying to do your job

In fact if you don't fix this issue I'm probably never going to play again. I've been on for a few years now making a religious effort not to miss queuing up, and not going AFK. I've been rewarded with trolling in about half of my matches from the community, and being put in low priority because I missed a few matches due to a technical problem from your queue. You can't even understand what is obviously a technical problem. Your client has been having problems for a long time now.

Can you specify what was the technical problem that put you in low priority queue?

A crash?

If your game is crashing or if you have some other kind of technical issue, the onus is on you to resolve it. You are responsible for making sure your equipment won't fail during a game. If you need help with diagnosing the issue, you can always post in the Help & Support board, there are a ton of Rioters that read threads there every day and are happy to help assist you with this. You could also go the more direct route and open a ticket with Player Support.
