As I stated, this is not quite Prisoner Island , at least in regards to being forced. It would be purely voluntary for anyone to use, could even have a warning on it when queing.

Basically; create a new que (probably on SR), Toxic Pick. Reporting would basically be disabled for this que, except cheating/bot. This would be an area where a Tilted Summoner could go to blow off steam (even though a break might be better). It wouldn't be force on anyone to play though.

My logic for it is, and I admit has holes since not the same, if the access is there some may realize there is no point. I do understand that doesn't guarantee anything but have hope.

Although, they might complain that Riot gave the a safe space. xD

But seriously, thoughts on an optional que for toxicity?

No, let's not create a bad habit that people WILL bring back into normal/ranked queues. I do not want to see a "it's okay to practice toxicity" queue that people may develop "toxicity memory" (like muscle memory) that will most likely affect my games.
