This Yi player

Hey riot, I was chat restriction for 10 games a while back for being toxic, I called some people moron and others worse things, However there was this yi in my game and from what I know he has been reported by all 4 of his teammates, if you don't believe he was trolling , then you can chat restrict him for verbal abuse, also he was trolling and if you review the game youll see that.
