Scripting?

Hey, so i just played 2 games with a guy that seemed fishy to me. first one he played rumble jungle and went 12/1/16, he added me to play another game. second game, he went 19/0/7 with nidalee. now in the first game i wasn't really paying attention to him. but the second game, we had an enemy evelynn that somehow miraculously he was able to spot everytime. at this point i had my doubts, and i started paying attention to him. the guy was literally spotting the enemy through the fog of war. their support was a zyra, she was walking through the enemy side red buff on her way bot. there were no wards or anything that could indicate zyra passing that passage. he still spotted and landed his spear. another play where caitlyn was recalling behind her tower, he threw his spear in the direction of caitlyn's net. now some people may say that he's a smurf and can predict enemy movement but not consistently throughout the whole 20 minutes. after the second game ended, he told me "alright i'm done take care" and blocked me from his contact list because he no longer appears in mine. i dont want people do go up against this guy and for the way he plays he shouldnt be silver 3. ant advice on what to do in this situation?
