KYS is bannable, but tbh none of these jokers would have the balls to say it in person for fear of having teeth separated from their jaws. Keyboard warriors, nothing more, ignore it.
It was in pre-game lobby which is only checked in manual reviews which is unlikely asf. Unless he shows constant negative behaviour to flag him for review nothing will happen to him
