Player Behavior Question for Riot

Prefer to take the matter in private, however, if not an option; Question in regards to a ToS Violation. I believe a friend of mine has received a permaban to soon according to this rule in ToS xi. Selecting a Summoner name that is falsely indicative of an association with Riot Games, contains personally identifying information, or that is offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use a misspelling or an alternative spelling to circumvent this restriction on Summoner name choices. Riot Games may modify any name which, in the sole and exclusive judgment of Riot Games, violates this provision, without notification to you, and may take further disciplinary measures, including account termination for repeated violations; Account name is Adolf Hit Her. Given warning and perma ban on same day.

Riot takes offensive names seriously and will force-change any name that is deemed by a Riot employee/agent to be offensive or inappropriate. Adolf Hit Her is a name I can certainly see how it could be deemed offensive. If your friend has a history of choosing names to try and skirt the boundaries, Riot may have issued a permanent ban and terminated the account. As it says in the ToS you quoted:

may take further disciplinary measures, including account termination for repeated violations;

At this point your friend will need to contact Riot Support themselves. Riot does not discuss actions on other players' accounts except with the player themselves.

someone i knew changed my friends account to 2 derogatory terms. and it got a 3 day ban and a name change and it was MUCH worse than that. so im kinda confused at why he got permad for it.
