Hey Rito... This may be an unusual request from me. Considering ive now sent about 5 complaint posts... but I just currently played an akali top ranked game. My ISP went to shit 6 mins in. And remake was not given as an option. Could you please return the LP to my teammates. Ill take remake queue punishment. Idc if the enemy team keeps their lp even though their behavior was pathetic all game. I have chat bans because I try in ranked. To teach players. So for me to be the reason my team lost due to me having to do a 10 min relog. It doesnt sit right with me. I think honestly its a fair trade since i sat through 2 hours worth of ban time from client instability. Peace.

Hey XDaelin1,

Unfortunately, loss prevented (or loss forgiven/compensation mode) cannot be retroactively applied to games in order to prevent abuse. As per the Riot Games Player Support article titled "Loss Prevented",

This mode only activates when a large number of players are being impacted on a system-wide scale. We hit something we call "The Button" to activate it for the platform. Compensation Mode cannot be retroactively enabled or turned on for a player on an individual basis.
