How to get inters banned?

Hello everyone,

so the title kind of explains what i want to ask (or maybe solve). Since Rito doesnt care about the intentional feeding/griefing reports (i've never seen the instant feedback popup, and checked some of these inters who didn't get any punishment (still playing)). Does anyone know a proper way to get rid of those players?

I mean, i found a solution, but it's not perfect, and doesnt work all the time. But i usually just simply bait these players to flame with some passive aggressive comments on their plays (which is overlooked by the current system), and if you can make them write a "kys" or something one report just can make them banned.

Played for months trying to be positive and simply reporting these trolls after the game (and never got a single popup), but now when i bait them to flame i got like 3 popups in the last 2 weeks. Is this really the way to get rid of them?

Maybe these players who you think are "inting" aren't actually inting but are just bad at the game.

The way to get rid of most of the "trolls" in League is for players to begin to understand that there's actually relatively few trolls in this game, and those that are trolling are getting what they want when you react negatively like this. If people would just ignore the true trolls, and realize that bad players and not listening to you aren't trolling, then there'd be a lot less "trolling" in the game.

Only way to do this would be to somehow make the average league player more intelligent and more focused. Because even if someone is actually trolling or inting, it is very hard to distinguish this from your average league player.
