I got chat restricted

I literally got chat restricted, because people were trolling me, and flaming me at the same time. i guess if someone trolls you or flames you, you cant say anything. Heres a copy of the games chat that i got banned from. I can understand the first game especially since you cant see what the other players are saying. Understandably i should just use the mute button. But the second game, was literally a dude who played tryndamere support, and just kept running it down bot and the optimistic jinx would not ff, and of course he wouldnt either he was trolling. I know some of the things i said are wrong, but for gods sake i get a 10 game chat restriction for that, i hope what other people are saying gets them banned indefinitely.
