Suspected Drug Dealer Activity in League

Hello, I was just playing in a game where a player wanted to "go buy a grow light" and was feeding intentionally once he realized we were gonna beat his team. When I confronted him about being a suspected drug dealer he told me I was "racist" and claimed he was "only growing tomatoes" and they are "legal". I feel like this guy is trying to subvert the League Community with drugs and was intentionally feeding. Obviously we can't name and shame but I reported him and I hope riot takes action against this suspected Drug Dealer.
