Problem in champion select

I just wanted to play ranked, when our support picked Teemo. At this moment, I knew this guy is troll (Teemo support is clearly trolling) so I dodged that match, so that cost me 10 LP (I dodged one match before cause of similar reason).

Problem is, when somebody decides to try something totally stupid (like Teemo supp), Riot let me choose between two bad choices I can either dodge, lose 3-10 LP and wait 5, 10, 30 minutes before next queue, either risk to wait and see would somebody else do that, and if not, I will be stuck in a game that I will probably lose, and I will lose 15, 16 LP cause of that.

I think I am not only one who got stuck in this situation, and I am not only one who got punished because of other guy's troll pick.

I think great solution would be if Riot insert remake into Champion Select. That way, (at least in Ranked) people won't be able to troll pick and so on. Also, I wouldn't insert remake into the normal, because normal is there to try some off meta stuff, and I dont mind troll pick in normal, but in Ranked, people want to win, and there's no place for off meta picks

Considering how I recently played with a decent Teemo support, I don't really see the problem here. People are allowed to play off-meta champions. The problem is when they are legitimately trolling, and you can't know that in champion select unless they actually say it. All a champ select remake would do is allow people to skip games where someone is playing something they would rather not deal with.

How is Teemo support a troll? You got blind darts which pretty much kills any AD champ, the ms for quick hit-n-run, poison to shave off health and you got the shrooms that slow down most pursuers. Any good Teemo player can be an able offensive support.

Teemo supp is 49% winrate in Silver making it a lot more meta than a lot of the real supps out right now.

Try to be open minded about it, if the teemo goes invis on their side of the minion line at level 1 and you all in their ADC at level 1 it's a devastating play.

Supp Teemo is legit for Plat and below ELO.
