AFK in new queue

I have AFK for 10 minutes. I started queue with friends and we waited 10 minutes, but after that we didn't go into queue, but we stopped. Nobody has canceled queue. We thought it was just stupid bug, but after another 10 minutes, we again were canceled for no reason. Again, nobody has canceled queue, there's bug that doesn't permit me to queue after AFK waiting (sorry for bad grammar)
