AFK'ing is actually really frustrating for the other players on your team, and even the opposing team often isn't cool with the unfair advantage they get. A handful of low priority queues is actually very little compared to the distress it causes everyone in your games; if you don't want to get a leaver penalty, play the matches you queue up for!

You're saying the punishment is disproportionate to your offense? Seriously? AFKing and getting a low priority queue... The low priority queue is one of the lightest slaps on the wrist.
Of course you deserve 10 min LP. You ruined (atleast) 10% of those 20 games. Your comparison is the absolute worst comparison i have ever seen about anything ever. If you had gotten permaban it might hold, but you got a 10 min LP. The lightest punishment. That is like a slap on the wrist in the real world.

There are 10 players per game, and if everyone afk at that rate then on average every single game would have an afk on one side or the other.
