People are too sensitive to handle criticism and resort to flaming and throwing. Calling someone a dog is now worthy of a 25 game chat restriction meanwhile kids troll in ranked games and receive punishment, riot games is trying so hard to keep their game toxic free to make up for the Incident that happened at their offices. they =have more time to redesign logos then they do fix client and in game bugs. This game is becoming a joke all while riot tries to virtue signal so that they can keep their own conscience clean. I still dont get how hard it is for riot to implement a filter for words that upset them, like if you can change my message to "Woof woof bark" for April fools then you should be able to see the word "Fuck" in any of its forms and remove it. But small indie company am i right guys. Feel free to downvote this idc, youre reading it thats all i care about

Yeah, it's almost like you shouldn't randomly criticize people on your team. They don't want to hear it, you don't need to say it, so why type it? Also, there is a fine line between criticism and flame which you likely crossed.

You realize that the graphic designers aren't doing client programming, right?

then you should be able to see the word "Fuck" in any of its forms and remove it

The issue isn't cursing. You're not going to get banned for saying "that was an insane fucking play!", but you will get banned if you flame.

Aaaand stopped here. Adjust your attitude. You aren't in charge, nobody is required to listen to you berate them.

Your first line is kind of WHY I dont mind the deterrents. People retaliate by making the entire team lose. So if you flame em, youre potentially sabotaging my game, even though i have nothing to do with it. So i fully support banning players for flaming other players, because you cant control how people react to it. And your idea of why they implement the rules is absolutely ridiculous. They want a large playerbase. When players fear the toxic reputation of the game, or quit because they get flamed all the time, theyre gonna implement deterrents, rules and punishments, to reduce that. Its not about morality or virtue, its about profit.
