Kat Daggers still cant be used in mord ult
not sure if bug or intended, but if its intend then thats kinda busted

It's intended.
When Morde ults someone, he and his target blink to an alternative version of Summoner's Rift. The only things that get pulled over are towers, Mordekaiser, and his target. AFAIK pets will not follow the target champion, although I haven't seen this interaction with Elise in spider form yet.
Any skillshots, ultimates, hitboxes, anything that would take place in the "real world" does not get pulled to Mordekaiser's version of SR.
