Your behavior system is absolute fucking trash. No one wants to go in to ranked who has a brain because some dumbass is going to pick teemo support feed their ass off and the MOMENT you use any bad word vs them. Reported and Immediate penalty. They flash in fountain and go "lol" and you go " WTF are you doing dumbass? Instant reported flamer! n banned" The entire system encourages juvenile behavior passive for fun play and shuts out any competition. Its flat fucking ridiculous and na is the only region thats so absurdly repressive. Look at korea, for YEARS you simply dont hand over blue to mid he goes fucking afk. You die 2 in 5, flat out open mid run it down tyler1 style. ( nice job sticking to your guns btw "perma ban! ") In na? I cant even afk when my solo lanes are 0/90 or they will all /all "report afk!" Like we are going to win or something. The system is a fucking joke.

No, it's not, and never has been. The system that detects that may not be as swift to act, but that doesn't mean it's acceptable in the slightest.

Punished, yes. Insulting other players is a clear violation of the Summoner's Code, which you agreed to.

"Competitive" is fine. "Insulting" isn't. You can be the former without being the latter.

Why do you feel the need to insult someone in order to be competitive? They don't go hand in hand together.

.1. We have all flashed by mistake at some point and have had a laugh about it. So unless the Teemo went into all and announced that he was down flash, then meh.

.2. Everyone is able to pick whatever champion they feel is best for the role or comp. Teemo support isn't even the worse thing in the world.

.3. All of Tyler1's permabanned accounts are still permabanned. So I'm going to assume that you misunderstand the difference between a Permaban and an ID Ban.

.4. Unless that game is 3+ hours long, I don't see a 0/90 score being a thing. But considering you don't mention assists, safe to say you probably call the 0/5/10 support a feeder.

.4b. Additionally if the game has progressed to 0/90 as a potential thing. Everyone should be max level and build. Meaning winning 1 team fight could end the game. Exaggerations make horrible examples.

.5. Why would someone want to play with someone like you who is displaying ocean levels of salt?

Exactly. I tell a Talon player he fucking sucks for dying to Kennen level 2 in the midlane with both summoner spells up and I get banned/restricted. This games blows. Riot is a terrible company who doesn't value the people who got it there. Played the game for fucking 6 years.
