Who do I talk to about a hacker in my game?

So there was a hacker in one of my games. I was playing ad fizz (shush it is fun) and he was playing darius, also he had a friend who was jax. After a little bit into the game he was clearly enraged and began to hack me, giving out the emails and passwords of me and my friends to strangers. One of my emails (not my main one thank god) I can't get into. I recorded a little bit of what was going on and I have footage of him saying racist things and giving out my friends email to the entire game. So if I could get in contact with a rioter about this, that would be great. We can't have scum like this guy in league.

I won't disclose any league names as to not ruin any reputation but if I could get in contact with a rioter about this that would be great. Thanks! <3
