"You Deserve to get shot in the streets"

So, its been a couple of weeks since I played in a game where a player typed exactly what is said in the title. Now, I didn't do anything to upset him, if anything I was trying to be positive to win the game (plus it was just a normal). Either way, I reported him and forgot about it; however, I did not get a notification that said he was punished. Honestly, I do not really care, but for a player to say such things and get away with it, is the tribunal system really functional? What is its capacity to punish such players and does it need a rework?

There are people who would take such vulgarity more seriously, there are kids who are playing this game ( 13 or above according to the rules - realistically, there are even players who are underage). So, for Riot to focus on just big known toxic players (Tyler1) and not break down on the many that exist in the community is absurd. (Riot, I understand you are trying your best; however, it is not working, there continues to be toxicity, trolling, griefing, the list goes on).

Make the punishments more severe. Make it so people hesitate to break the summoner's code (especially for toxicity/griefing). Start taking these offenses seriously, because if you don't, the community wont.

Feel free to comment/vote; I would love to see the response/voices from the community.

What you first have to realize is that you will only get a notification if your report was the last straw to result in some type of punishment. So you won't always see any notification after you report someone.

With that sad I will agree that punishment should be not only much more severe, but a lot faster. But that would be impossible because you are never punished for one bad game, and while it does suck. Most of the time that was that players "bad game". I'm sure you had your bad moments as well.

It also has to deal with the fact that I doubt Riot wants to actually permaban people. Hence why it takes a lot to get permaban.

I got banned for way less than that.
