Random 2 week ban - Didn't even type in game? Need Mod

SO after recieving a chat restriction of 10 games I decided to keep my in game talking to an extreme minimal, however, I was still given a 2 week ban after literally saying nearly nothing the entire game , and certainly nothing 'toxic' (this was roughly 6 games into my restriciton, and a day after I received it). Riot hasn't warned me or sent me ANY in game chat logs and just randomly 2 week banned me. If there are any mods, or if anyone can explain. Does RIOT review cases that they ALREADY punished you for so that they can punish you MORE? or what is the case here? My friend told me it might have been because I moved and they locked it for 2 weeks for suspiscious activity. I'd love to have some clarification as no one has contacted me saying anything regarding this account...

Not typically, but when they do manually review your case this can happen. You'll want to submit a Support Ticket to get more information on your ban. Make sure your email is verified by clicking on your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings.

If you haven't received an email from Riot, I suggest 1) Making sure you are checking the correct email 2) Make sure that it isn't in the spam filter or something like that, or 3) Sending in a ticket to Riot support to learn what happened.

Generally speaking, any games in a punishment log from before a previous punishment are considered double jeopardy and should result in an overturned ban. If that is the case, you should DEFINITELY put in a ticket to support.

Otherwise, we have nothing to go by in regards to your suspension. Now, I hope you'll be understanding when I say this, but if you have lied about your actions and were trolling, feeding, getting an MMR Boost, etc., and subsequently you know exactly why you were banned but are just trying to waste people's time, well, it wouldn't be the first time I've seen it on these forums.

Sometimes if you shoot your mouth off on the boards after a punishment and call out the admins they manually review and up the ban. Did you make a post like that?

Thanks guys I appreciate, I'd also like to point out that I only have recieved a 10 game chat restriction and not a 25 game yet. I'm kind of confused as to why this happened. I also never talked bad about anyone on the boards or by e-mail (no matter how much I want to at this point). I've sent a ticket to riot and they've recently just gave me their automated response about the 2 week ban notice thing. I responded again and hopefully they will review this case and unban me. Thanks guys, it's nice to see that the boards aren't completely filled with people that jump to conclusions and point me out for being a toxic player and a nuisance to the community. Also all these games where I did supposedly 'feed' were geniunely games where we lost fair and square and I just didn't play well and at the end of the game when the opponents pushed our nexus I usually just sell my stuff and get 6 tears by the time they're at nexus just to show that I'm sad lol (Keep in mind the last time I've done this was before the restriciton which you can see in my lolskill http://www.lolskill.net/summoner/NA/destroyer178/matches).
