So ive recently been banned for 3rd party programs which is weird because i only used them one time in a custom game (2 weeks ago) of aram to troll my friend so i dont understand why ive been permanently banned i thought they where allowed in custom games. also i dont even have the right to appeal for this because they banned me from the support site to.
If you're caught with scripts in any context, all bets are off as to whether you've used them in other contexts. You're supposed to never use them, in any setting.
You can't use them at all. Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards unauthorised third party programs and unless the ban was a mistake, they will not reverse any punishments made for those using unauthorised programs.

you are not allowed to use them period. you used it, you got banned.
To summarize, you got banned for using 3rd party software after you used 3rd party software. Seems like everything is working as intended.
