Winning Top Lane=Losing the Game

I don't know if this is just a coincidence or just plain solo-queue-style bad luck but in several games, whenever I single-handedly win my lane (Top lane, typically as a tank, actually), typically by 2 or three kills and even a tower, somehow my team just loses the game by 10 minutes. Why? I'm not sure.

I just know that by 10 minutes, my mid lane and bot lane are feeding (to the point that I, a top lane tank, and the support has more kills than either of them) and my jungle just negligently farming and refusing to help anyone until they are genuinely screwed...and keep screwing up even more.

This just happened to me again today, actually, where I picked a Rammus top as a counterpick to a Vayne top (yeah, cheesy), a Yasuo mid, a Lucian adc, and a Lee Sin, and got first blood and won at least 3 other fights against the Vayne, killing her twice on my own...only for the rest of the team to fail miserably (the Zoe mid had 0/5 for most of the game and the Xayah being 0/3 with the Rakan support being 2/3/1) and let them spill onto my lane anyway.

Does this occur to anyone else? And is there anyway to stop this?

So.. this is a team game. If Zoe was 0/5 mid, was it because she was getting ganked constantly? Did she have close trades? Should you have maybe gone and helped?

People need to stop thinking "i won my lane why did we lose the game". Winning lane is not important. Winning the game is. You can only win the game if your teammates are not set very far behind in power-up phase (late laning). So I ask you, what did you do to help your 0/5 Zoe or your 2/5 bot lane?

If you are winning your lane, you need extend your lead out to other lanes.

At low silver, I don't expect my bot lane to have good wards, so after I back, I roam to their lane and gank.

After that is done, I TP back to my lane.

Of course it is. Your shutdown gold will give money to their botlane. It's much better to not get any kills as a toplaner, safer that way.
