I'd say it would be a shame to lose your Ranked rewards after getting Gold this time, but your next punishment will be a permanent account ban so that's technically not an issue.

What drives you to be toxic? Are you interested in improving your behavior so you don't lose your account and rewards? Even if you don't care too much about the rewards or that particular account, I'm sure you are interested in enjoying the game itself more; improving your own behavior and not succumbing to the negative behavior of others absolutely will enhance your gaming experience, both through winning more and getting to enjoy the rewards, and through your personal health.

Might as well. There's no reason to not be toxic. Most reports win and even after you beat restrictions, you will still be punished from getting loot.
