Seriously I don't see this being as permaban worthy or even ban worthy. Chat restricted at best... Yeah i've had an offense before but this is really not that bad compared to before. If the "%%%" is the homophobic slur one would assume, Riot has a zero-tolerance policy on hate speech and will give 14 day or permanent bans for it. Having prior punishments is a factor in the severity of further punishment as well.

I'm pretty sure that is ban worthy offense that you just sent here you just complained about the Vi player all game as i see there calling her shit and such, i saw worse cases tho but still Complaining about the others by how they play the game and they make some mistakes is bad since you just ruin the moral in the team with this

If you got a perma ban that means you have been chat restricted in the past and gotten a 14-day ban. A perma ban comes next.
