The amount of toxic players at low level is unreal.

My account that I'm leveling is only level 17 right now and I've received NINETEEN of the notifications that says the person I reported has been penalized. I feel like every single match I'm having to report at least 2 people it's actually ridiculous. I've noticed everytime someone does bad they have to say something bad about them in all chat it's pathetic. Have they ever thought that the player is new? No wonder this toxic is known as one of the most toxic.
