is there enough data to disconnect people who the system considers is a feeder/afk?

i was wondering if riot has enough data already to determine if a player is afk/feeder due to the reports sent in i noticed the smite thing in a new patch so i was wondering if it would be possible to do something like that for afk/feeders there is also a code existing already for afk so i was wondering if that code can be used to disconnect feeders in a game similar to ai where you have to input the data i was curious if you guys could input the stack ratios and movements from previous games where people report feeders and input that into a small little bot to determine if a player is afk or feeding and please disconnect them since it is really frustrating for the others i do not think banning the feeders/afk is neccessary since everyone just creates new accounts but i was curious if there was a way to just disconnect them so the rest of the team can have fun since the rest of the team is following the summoner rules riot created and working as a team or possibly que the people who feed/afk(code/report based data)more often together than que them with people who just have low kda i understand fake reports but that is also why i mentioned the stack ratio and movement on map becuase i noticed feeders wil often stand in places so i was curious if you guys could input that code and disconnect in a shorter amount of time when stacks/movement rates are not reached if that makes any sense i feel the major code to focus on is stacks/gold income becuase stacks are the main reason why feeding works so well but im not sure but having afk is a lot of fun since it is just fun to be able to test out your build i think dunkey did it in a youtube video but there was someone else who posted about his quentionable ban when there are so many toxic players who feed and brag in a very toxic about having other players on the opposite team feed so they can win
