I played a game recently where everyone had such a positive attitude that I really wish I'd saved some screenshots just to remind myself (when the trolls are getting to me) that sometimes people actually want to get along and have fun (not just mindlessly increase some numbers on a screen and spew hate at everyone else).
Is there any way to get a chat log for an arbitrary game? Or is that opportunity reserved for players who get punished?
I'm not sure honestly. I guess you can try to message support and ask for the full logs but I doubt theyd be able to give them to you.
I think that under data protection laws you can request the data riot has on you from the support page, you can get stuff like how often you have reported people/been reported. I tried it a few months ago I think there were chat logs as well but you will probably have to dive through each until you find it. https://imgur.com/a/QJ3LMTi
ohh yeah if you go this route you have to wait 30 days before they send it.
