Out of nowhere, my account is suspended for 14 days?

I just tried to log in on my account, and it says my account has been suspended until July 4. I can't even log in to the game.

I'm level 25, and I've never had any disciplinary action taken against me. Could someone please let me know what's going on here? I give you permission to talk openly about the reasoning behind such severe action.

EDIT: In the interest of full disclosure, Riot did just send me the chatlogs, which are posted below. I do feel like a 14-day suspension where I can't even log into my account is a bit extreme for a first-time offender, however.

In case you aren't aware of how the punishment system works, there are 4 tiers:

10-game chat restriction 25-game chat restriction 14-day suspension Permanent ban

Each time you are punished, you are moved up to the next tier, unless your behavior was so extreme that it justifies skipping a level.

For a first offense to skip straight to tier 3, we can only assume that you behaved very poorly in your recent games; perhaps you used racial slurs or deliberately sabotaged your own team.

Would you mind posting the chat logs given to you in the client (you should also have received an email containing additional information)? If we can see those we can try to point out what you did wrong and how to improve your behavior.

You prob got reported multiple times in a row by either Butthurt teammates or because you were being somewhat toxic

My account has been suspended until july 28 ,2106 and now i cant still login . Can someone tell me what to do , please ?

I just logged on and same thing happen to my account. It says until july 4th my account is suspended until then, I personally think if u put money into the game u will be reported quicker for riot to take your money, I mean think about it, no email verification as to why the account has been suspended. I checked all my emails and got nothing. last time I was in trouble with rito was back in march , that's 3 months back, and now all of a sudden no email but a 14 day suspension. makes you wonder why they even allow chat in games.

same thing happened to me right after 10 games chat ban. I was pretty docile after or during chat ban. also i receieved the same email without any explanations
