Is there a reason why I haven't been earning any rewards at all for the past couple days? I haven't had a chat ban in quite a while and I still haven't been able to earn any rewards. I've even been honored for being friendly and still I'm reward banned. Can someone explain this to me, I don't understand this.

Once you have proven you are capable of not being toxic, you'll get rewards back.
