Recent Post Game Honor-a-Player Update

It's really in your face and if I want to honor a player I'd rather do it when I want to instead of having it hammered into my head that the option is there. Really I get that mobas are subject to change and that people should keep up with updates to keep up with the game itself but for something that's optional I really don't think it's a good idea to grab a handful of something that people only care about when they get upset and shove it into peoples faces.

TL:DR Get that corn out of my face.

I personally like the honor update. But for people like you Riot should add an option to turn it on and off

I agree with OP. It is huge, I don't like it as much. But at least I will always honor now.

It's basically Overwatch's system. (The in your face right after game, honoring one person)

I honestly hope they allow more than one honor down the road, or at the very least honoring the full team. I despise favoritism, and there are times that it's the entire team that made a win possible, etc.

I like it being so in your face, because it encourages you to consciously make a choice before you get distracted by the post game lobby. That, and it has the option to opt out of Honoring as well, with a simple click.

I know with the old system, I had several times I forgot to honor someone I intended to, because I got distracted by looking at things in the post game lobby.

That, and it removes someone being annoying by continuously saying "Honor me! Honor me!" in end game chat (since you can't see it until you've made a choice or opted out.)
