Clients crashing.

I just played a game, not only did it crash for me, but it did the same for 5 other people in my match. Errors have been happening recently and I'd like to know if anyone else is experiencing them.

On a side note, when teammates tab and look at Garen with the Teleport spell, it will say he still has it ready even after using it.
