How long does it take riot support

I've had a 3 tickets onow riot support and they haven't responded to any of themy for an entire day and night so I ask how long does it freaking take them

Could take about 3 days. Submitting more tickets won't make them get answered faster, and bumping them puts them to the back of the queue.

It also depends on what the problem is. If the person who gets the ticket knows the answer to help you it should be fast.but i understand some people might have did something wrong and they would need to transfer the ticket, that could also take some time to get your ticket responded.
