Lunar Reveal released early?

So today in the morning (2-8-18) I logged onto league and looked in my loot finding the golden and silver token pots for the lunar reveal. Thinking that the event has started i checked the store and missions and found nothing was available i even logged out and then logged back in still seeing it does anyone know why? also if anyone knows the actual release date of the lunar event please do tell.
