Okay. I accept that but... I've never been given chat restrictions? Doesn't make any sense. I thought you get a warning, then a chat restriction, then bans roll out. Not questioning Riots actions for punishment since I did kinda go off on someone, albeit, they were just as bad with the homophobic slurs against me, as well as sexist comments. It gets tiring and yesterday I wasn't having none of it. Just want to know why it jumped to the ban instead of a chat restriction?

Chat restrictions can be skipped in cases of racism/hatepseech/homophobia or telling others to harm themselfs.

You’ll want to post your chat logs. There are certain key phrases, words, and abbreviations that automatically trigger a 14 day ban. These particular phrases fall under Riot’s “no tolerance” policy, which is probably why you got banned.
