Being a distraction is not a reportable offense. He should just be laughed at and/or muted if it's distracting you.
I don't know if you're familiar with the Dave Chappelle Rick James sketch but this looks very similar and I would play a game with this guy just for laughs. I don't see the need to call him an ass or anything. I'd mute him if it was bothering me but I wouldn't report.

the fact that you didn't know that till now, gives me a hint as to how he stomped you into the ground, like a villager main vs a captain falcon. Ranked is a battle ground of skill, skill has 3 parts, Mechanics, Game Knowledge, and Attitude.
