how long does it usually take before you can start rec rewards after a chat restrictions has been lifted? is their anyway to speed up the process?

no time limit its just you not getting reported and being nice to others
took me like 2 weeks or something
It took me 3 months to get mine. But I was temp banned. Yours may be shorter. It's computer automated so odds are you'll get it in a few weeks exactly.
They're pretty vague about it, but I hear it's based on games played more than real time. Grind a bunch of games over the weekend while being polite or silent, and that should speed the process up.
Can take months.
Somehow, being punished indefinitely after being punished is supposed to make us want to be nicer. Can't quite figure out how that works.
