Sadly, riot won't release that information publicly, because setting any time window for reform makes it feel like a grounding to wait out, NOT a change of your ways. But as log as you are actively working towards the goal, you WILL reform. If like to say for the community, thank you for realizing your toxicity and making an honest reach towards it(as shown by this post)

If your specifically asking about the activity of reports against you, from what I understand players can get that info here.

That said the reports info requires a 5$ fee and alot of account info due to the private nature of what else is there.

I'm pretty sure everyone is different. It also depends on what your punishment was for, I would think chat restriction would have to wait a couple weeks/ 1-2 months to get back into a neutral standing. Whereas people who got ban need to wait months for it to register!
