So say someone I know got a ban in game for inting but wasn't inting and their support ticket got denied what would they do?

You'd need to prove that you werent inting

If their support ticket got denied, it means that someone has looked into the case and upheld the decision. I'm not sure where you could go from there, frankly.

No you cannot download the games of other players. If he happened to have it recorded it might be useful, certainly, but I can't say for sure -- I'm not Riot Support, obviously. :P

No idea, sadly. I don't know how much of the client (if any) it lets a banned player access. Tell him to try? Or, better yet, have him post here himself so we can take a look at his match history as well.

I'd also mention that any "data" OP or his friend thinks they have, Riot has that and many more data as well.

Replays, statistics, heatmaps, etc. If Riot says that the person was intentionally feeding, then they were. Especially considering Riot is overly conservative and won't issue punishments for this type of thing unless it's virtually certain that it wasn't a "bad game" etc.
