Honor level 0

Hello, So when the new honor system came out I was in bronze enjoying life with other inters/toxic people, and got myself banned for inting in a game since then. Well, i have now reformed and climb out from bronze 5 to now silver 2 (soon gold) and I am still honor level 0 despite getting quite a few honors and being reformed. I have some bad games and sometimes i find myself saying some choice words to the 0-5-0 full ap blitzcrank like others do from time to time, but is it impossible to get my honor back at all? I havnt seen or heard of anyone getting honor 0 and then reforming to get any honor levels back. Please let me know if it is at least possible to get more honor levels in this scenario.

i got chatbans and put at zero, probably takes a week or two of playing a lot to get 1, same for 2, and 3 etc

Ive been honor level zero for about 300 games now.. And I havent been reported in any of them. Put in a ticket to riot, and they said "We cannot see how close to the next honor level you are, but you're on a streak of not being toxic, so I imagine its close."

If you're consistently at honor level 0, you're probably getting hit with reports that are coming up as positive but aren't severe enough to actually cause more punishments yet.

I am having the same damn problem. I've played around 300 games and i'm 0 level honor. I am almost getting one or more honors through all those games and i can't really understand why can't i get to at least 1 level honor. And i know that when season ends that we will all receive a ward which looks depends on honor level u were last season. I'm really curious of what is 0 level honor ward going to look like. Help
