Leaverbuster penatilizing me for MAC client bug

So I have a MAC client bug where I start a match and my camera is locked at the fountain and I cannot click and use any of the on screen buttons without click mashing about 6 times to get it to work.

Due to the long load times of the MAC client in general, it takes about 3-5 mins for an average game to load.

The only way to fix this bug currently is to command+alt+esc and restart the game.

I do not know when I get the bug until the game starts, so around 10 seconds into the match I have to quit, then re-load the game which takes 3-5 minutes. 3-5 minutes is enough for leaverbuster messages to pop up on my screen when the game loads for a second time.

I've been put on lower priority que numerous times because of this and on my other account on LAN.

It was so bad at one point that even after you restarted for a second time the bug would persist after 2-3 times quitting then re-logging back in and essentially forced me to stop playing league for about 2 months until the MAC patch which helped a little bit.

Riot help. I don't want to be penalized anymore because of the client.

Personally I would stop playing games until Riot fixes the problem, you can also file a support ticket and let them know about your issue so hopefully they can remove any penalty from your account.

As a Mac user myself I have never encountered such an issue (thankfully) but since it sounds like a real issue maybe you can take a recording of your screen and link it in your support ticket to Riot? The more information you give them, the better they will be able to fix it I think. Good luck man.
