I was in a game playing top lane with a very tilted adc and a support that wanted to play kalista. the Kalista openly stated she wanted to Kalista support bc she belived kalista could support. The adc however did not like the idea of an unconventional support like Kalista and flamed her the whole game. Kalista played like a normal support would, she warded, she bought a gold item and stayed with the adc the entire game. The adc kept flaming said kalista was not doing anything even though kalista was setting up the plays doing dmg and supporting just not on a normal support. So the adc gave up even though she got first blood with a double kill in the first 10 minutes and split pushed so hard she said that two nexus towers was worth becuase she got a solo kill and a tier two turret

Although seeing unconventional supports does kind of annoy me, I've decided that if you want to support with whatever champion you choose, that's fine.

All I ask is that you buy a gold generating item and ss. Heck, I'm not even picky about who gets kills anymore. Just if you're going to get kills, let me farm.

If the adc was flaming, then he is toxic, but from your description (and based solely on your description), I don't see how either of them is trolling.

However, I find the idea of a support kalista throwing her adc into the enemy kinda funny. If she only use ult defensively, then that is kind of a waste.

Kalista wasn't trolling, the adc was just being a salty little turd because the the supports pick wasn't "meta" enough for them. I've seen the happen to other support players, and have had it happen to myself many times.
