I WAS PERMANENTLY BANNED!!!!!!!
So I was permanently banned, so does that mean the hundreds of dollars I've spent are gone???????
How can I get Unbanned, what do I need to do?

You can open a support ticket if you think you were unfairly banned. Otherwise you can't undo any of your transaction.
you arent the 1st player to spend $ on an account, you arent the 1st player to get perma ban. the transactions in the client arent yours to own it gives you the right to use them on that account. think of it like a licensing fee. and when you agreed to use the client and clicked accept to the terms and conditions it states that. and the rules and code of conduct you must follow. you choice to do things to get banned, so you have no recourse and riot is in their right to ban your account.

Paying money in lol doesnt mean anything and doesnt mae you special or something XD
depends on what you were banned for.
for toxicity / unsportsmanlike conduct / 3rd party programs, or anything that violates the ToS, you can't get the account back.
for suspicion account activity (got hacked), account chargebacks, you can get it back.
If you would post the year you were banned till, that is actually a ban code, that would tell us what you were punished for.
No. The only way to get unbanned is to make a brand new account. You threw your money away.
did you get banned for flame? then post your chatlogs. otherwise if it was due to payment issues or a bug you can write a ticket to the riot games support. if it was due to flame dont write a ticket you wont get unbanned. if it was justified then your money is gone.
